Long and beautiful wall sconce made of German Murano ice glass by Egon Hillebrand, model: 8527-231. This wall sconce consists of a brass bracket and a piece of Murano glass.
The lamp is equipped with two E14 lamp sockets. The lamp has a heavy, half-tube-shaped shade and is screwed onto the bracket with two spherical nuts. A switch is located on the lamp, allowing the lamp to be turned on and off directly from the bracket. The lamp can be mounted both vertically and horizontally.

The Egon Hillebrand Leuchtenfabrik, Neheim-Hüsten was founded on May 15, 1881 by the master plumber and metalworker Egon Hillebrand as a manufacturer of nickel silver lids for beer mugs, common household appliances, kerosene lamps and storm and carriage lanterns.
With the arrival of his son Franz, the company was converted to the production of electric lighting fixtures at the turn of the century.
