Rare 1970s desk lamp by Egon Hillebrand, model 7671, with a two-stage halogen bulb, designed by Heinz F.W. Stahl. The chrome-plated arm has a balanced counterweight and a cylindrical lamp housing containing the halogen bulb. The arm rotates approximately 300 degrees and offers vertical adjustment both on the arm itself and directly on the shade. The stem and base are made of heavy, black-painted steel. It features two red plastic switches: on/off and normal (I) and bright (II). The lamp is in good, original working condition with minor paint scratches and a small nick on the underside of the counterweight – see photo. The chrome parts are well preserved.
