Bugholzhocker mit Wiener Geflecht aus der Mitte des 20. Jhd. von der Firma Thonet, Österreich. Der Hocker ist aus gebogenem Buchenholz gefertigt und hat zur Stabilisierung unterhalb der Sitzfläche einen zweiten Bugholzring. Dieses Konstruktionsprinzip hat Michael Thonet entwickelt und bei vielen seiner Stühle und Hocker angewandt. Der Hocker befindet sich bis auf die grüne Lackierung und einige neue Schrauben im Originalzustand: Alle Schrauben sitzen fest, der Hocker ist stabil, allerdings hat das Wiener Geflecht einige defekte Fäden - siehe Fotos. Die Sitzfläche ist aber noch gut nutzbar und recht stabil. Firmenprägestempel unter dem Sitz.
