Extremely rare table lamp from the 1960s by the well-known lighting company Kaiser Leuchten, Arnsberg, West Germany, model no. 6813.
The lamp impresses with a modern 60s design featuring an L-shaped metal base, a curved brass arm, a contrasting color scheme, and a push-button switch on the shade.
The heavy metal base has an anthracite-colored hammered finish and rests only on the ends of its tapered shape. This gives the lamp a very elegant look. The brass arm is curved and sturdy. The lampshade is lemon yellow on the outside and white on the inside. The outer paint has become quite matte. The shade can be adjusted via a ball joint.
The lamp is very solidly made and in its original condition with typical signs of wear on the brass and paint – see pictures. Only the push button has been replaced.
The power plug can be replaced with a US plug upon request, or alternatively, equipped with a US adapter.
