Large pendant lamp from the 1920s-1930s with a blue textured glass shade and cable suspension. The large glass shade has a beautiful shape with radial gradations and a blue texture with white reflections, similar to Pointillism in painting.
Condition: There is a small chip and subsequent hairline crack at the edge of the shade – see detailed photos. The cords are slightly worn in the canopy area, and the chrome plating on the brass canopy is worn and has a small defect at the top edge – otherwise, it is in good condition. The cords can be adjusted slightly at the bottom using the brass nut. The suspension is original; the socket and cable have been replaced in keeping with the style. A beautiful collector's item from the Art Deco period with typical signs of age.
