A rare, very large desk lamp from the 1960s-1970s by Egon Hillebrand, model 7630. The lamp is made of metal and brass and features a plastic-coated gooseneck. The desk lamp is large, heavy, and very solid. The paint finish is matte brown, and the cable is gold. The large shade provides a pleasant, glare-free light. The heavy, cast-iron base with the large switch and roughened surface lends the lamp a majestic appearance.
This Hillebrand lamp is in good original condition with minor signs of wear on the paint and brass parts - see pictures.
