Black, upholstered, and spring-loaded swivel stool from the mid-20th century, made by Stoelcker KG, Ettenheim, and known as "Bombenstabil" (rock-solid). Its distinctive feature is the spring mechanism within the spindle, which bears the inscription: "Kufferdreh Bombenstabil" (Buffer-loaded swivel, rock-solid). The stool is crafted from solid beechwood and finished with a dark lacquer. It has an upholstered seat with a genuine leather cover (renewed). The stool is very sturdy and heavy. The spring mechanism is intact. All screws are tight. There are signs of wear on the lacquer – see photos.
