High-quality, very comfortable piano stool/swivel stool made of solid walnut with a genuine leather upholstered seat. The stool has three turned legs and a large central column that supports the spindle. The columns are joined at the top by a round wooden plate and at the bottom by a triangular plate that curves slightly inwards. The stool is artfully and solidly crafted and therefore quite heavy (7600 g). Its height is adjustable from approximately 48 cm to approximately 63 cm. The spindle turns smoothly with minimal play. The seat has been reupholstered with durable, thick leather. The stool was probably made in the first half of the 20th century and originally had a cane seat. The stool is in very good, functional condition with minor signs of wear on the surfaces.
