Solid wood piano stool/swivel stool with Viennese cane webbing from the Historicist period (late 19th - early 20th century). The stool is made of beechwood and has three curved legs connected to the central column. The height is adjustable from 48 cm to approximately 66 cm. The spindle operates smoothly with minimal play. The cane webbing on the seat is in good condition and may have been replaced at some point. The wooden surfaces, however, show clear signs of wear – see photos. The stool has only undergone structural repairs; that is, damaged glue joints have been repaired, all screws tightened, and some replaced.
