Simple desk lamp in Bauhaus design with a heavy metal base and extensive adjustment options.
The rectangular lamp head is made of black lacquered sheet metal with perforations on the top and a frosted glass diffuser on the underside. This ensures glare-free light. The lamp head is connected to the nickel-plated arm via a ball joint. The arm is flexibly fixed to the shaft and the heavy base with a disc joint. This allows it to be positioned in a wide variety of ways.
The small light has an E14 metal socket and is switched on and off via a cord switch on the cable.
The lamp is very solidly made and in good, working condition with slight signs of age. The diffuser is slightly bent at the sides due to heat exposure – see photos – therefore I recommend using LED bulbs, which don't get as hot (bulb included). There is some blue paint on the bottom of the power cord. Otherwise, it is in very good condition.
