Table lamp from the 1960s by the well-known lighting company Kaiser Leuchten, Arnsberg, West Germany, model no. 6840/014.
The lamp impresses with a modern 60s design featuring a curved metal base, a bent chrome arm, a contrasting color scheme, and a push-button switch on the shade.
The heavy metal base is finished in a light gray lacquer and rests only on the ends of its tapered shape. This gives the lamp a very elegant appearance. The metal arm is slightly curved and sturdy. The lamp shade is painted blue on the outside and white on the inside. The lacquer shows signs of age and scratches, as shown in the photos. The shade can be adjusted via a ball joint.
The lamp is very solidly made and is in its original condition with typical signs of wear.
The power plug can be replaced with a US plug or alternatively equipped with a US adapter if desired.
