Large Art Deco pendant lamp with a profiled glass shade and chrome suspension. The large, marbled glass shade is in very good condition, with a beautiful curve at the top and a flat bottom with subtle profiling along the edge. The socket is made of Bakelite, and the ceiling mount is made of chromed metal and brass. The lamp dates from the first half of the 20th century (1930-1950). There are minor signs of wear on the suspension; the glass holder and wiring have been replaced.
