Ceiling/wall light by Glashütte Limburg, dating from 1970-1979. Model No.: 2629 A643. This light is characterized by its high-quality workmanship and a design typical of the period. The round glass shade tapers towards the top and has a recessed center containing a decorative brass knob. The glass surface is textured with small octagons, the size of which also decreases towards the top. This surface creates an exceptional light with beautiful shadows – see photos. The mounting bracket is painted white on the inside and brass-colored on the outside. In its design, the light incorporates typical elements of the 1970s, both in its shape and through the textured glass. The lamp is in good original condition with only minor signs of wear*. A German design classic of the 1970s.
