Antique stool/piano stool, probably from France, circa 1880. The stool has a frame with four turned legs. The legs are held together at the bottom by decorative braces. The wood is likely walnut. The seat is upholstered and covered with a new velvet cover. The stool has a seat height of approximately 48 cm.
Condition: The stool is heavy and sturdy. All glue joints have been inspected. The upholstery is firm, and the cover and top cushion have been renewed. A beautiful collector's item in good, ready-to-use condition.
