Piano stool/swivel stool made of solid walnut with a genuine leather seat. The stool has been stained black and ebonized. It features three turned legs and a large central column that supports the spindle. The columns are joined at the top by a round wooden plate and at the bottom by a triangular, slightly inwardly curved plate. The stool is solidly constructed and therefore quite heavy (6650 g). Its height is adjustable from approximately 44 cm to 58 cm. The spindle turns smoothly but has some play. The stool was likely made at the beginning of the 20th century. It is in good, functional condition with noticeable signs of wear on the surfaces.
