Collector's item: Minimalist design classic from the 1960s-70s: Table lamp/piano lamp by Leclaire&Schäfer, Neheim, West Germany, type 5923/1

The rectangular lamp head is made of green lacquered sheet metal with perforations on the top. Unfortunately, it lacks a diffuser on the underside. The lamp head is connected to the nickel-plated arm via a ball joint. The arm is flexibly attached to the shaft and the heavy base with a disc joint. This joint is also made of lacquered metal, allowing the lamp to be positioned in a variety of ways.
The small light has an E14 brass socket and is switched on and off via a cord switch on the cable.
The lamp is very solidly made and in good, working condition. There are noticeable signs of age on the surfaces.
