Bauhaus pendant lamp with a trapezoidal opal glass shade and a hemispherical base. The suspension is made of brass and the glass holder of lacquered metal. The lamp dates from the first half of the 20th century (1920-1940) and is in good, working condition. The surfaces of the metal parts show slight signs of age; the wiring is of more recent origin*.
The suspension is probably not the original suspension for the shade, but it dates from the same period; the screws and the surface of the glass holder have been renewed.
